The program encourages independence and personal responsibility while offering a structured living environment. It also supports residents by making referrals to community resources, alternative housing when appropriate, life skills, financial literacy, home, career and time management to achieve independence.

Because rooms are fully furnished and utilities are included, the initial financial burden is reduced. Residents do not need to purchase furniture or set up utility accounts, lowering the barrier to move-in. Only rent is expected upon move in date

Residents are expected to maintain respect for others, keep their living space and common areas clean, and comply with the structured payment system. These expectations foster a safe and supportive community, because this is a structured housing program all agreement documentation signed upon move in is binding
